- Lions fans were all over the world for Fourth of July weekend.
- Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon is already facing a season-long suspension, and he was arrested for a DWI over the weekend. Looking back, the Lions were wise to steer clear of a possible trade for Gordon last season. At the time, getting a talent like that for only a second-round pick or whatever seemingly made a lot of sense, but given what's happened this offseason, it clearly would have been a big mistake.
