The first week of Detroit Lions training camp has come to an end. They held their sixth and final practice of the week on Saturday, and when they return to action on Monday morning, they will start to set their sights on the beginning of the preseason.

For the second week of training camp, there are four practices scheduled to be open to the general public, including one at Ford Field. Here's a look at the Lions' upcoming open practice schedule:

  • Monday, Aug. 4 - 8:30 a.m. (Allen Park)
  • Tuesday, Aug. 5 - 3:30 p.m. (Allen Park)
  • Wednesday, Aug. 6 - 7:30 p.m. (Ford Field)
  • Thursday, Aug. 7 - 2 p.m. (Allen Park)

Next Saturday, the Lions will take on the Cleveland Browns at Ford Field at 7:30 p.m. ET. That will be Lions players' first chance this summer to go up against somebody other than their teammates, and the matchup with Cleveland will cap off their second week of training camp.
