Lions roster cuts: Kellen Moore earns roster spot

Although there are still cuts to be made public, Kellen Moore has made the Detroit Lions' final 53-man roster, according to Dave Birkett.

Moore seemed like a long shot at the beginning of training camp, but his excellent performance in the preseason was enough for him to earn a roster spot with the team.

Dan Orlovsky has not been released at this point in time. It appears the Lions are content with keeping three quarterbacks on the team.

There are still eight more cuts left to be announced by the Lions.
