In today's Lions notes: Golden Tate, Ndamukong Suh and much more.

  • Golden Tate recently wrote a very interesting piece for The Cauldron. In it, he addressed and denied various rumors that have been swirling about him, Russell Wilson and Percy Harvin.

  • Last week, ESPN's Field Yates took a look at the best free-agent fits for Ndamukong Suh (Insider subscription required). Spoiler alert: The Oakland Raiders topped the list as the best overall fit for Suh.

  • SB Nation's latest 2015 NFL mock draft has the Detroit Lions taking Texas defensive tackle Malcom Brown. This was also the Lions' pick in Mel Kiper's first mock draft, and I have a feeling we'll see plenty of mocks with Brown to the Lions in the coming months.

  • Daniel Jeremiah has released his top-50 list for the 2015 NFL Draft.

  • A total of 84 players left college early to declare for the 2015 NFL Draft. 74 of those players were granted special eligibility to enter the draft. The other 10 players had eligibility left in college but already graduated, so they simply notified the NFL of their intent to turn pro.
