Lions notes: Matthew Stafford fined for cleats

• Matthew Stafford was fined $5,787 for the cleats that he wore during Monday night's game. His wife, Kelly Stafford, had an amazing response:

• Speaking of fines, J.R. Sweezy -- the man whose block ended Tyrunn Walker's season -- was fined $10,000, but not for that block. Instead, he was fined for diving at Stephen Tulloch's head while on the ground.
• Speaking of Walker, he has already undergone surgery and started the rehabilitation process.
