Lions tight end Eric Ebron had a strong start to the season but an injury sustained during Week 4 against the Seattle Seahawks has kept the former Tarheel sidelined for the last two games. Although originally looking to miss more time, Ebron has been working hard to make a return to the football field, and on Thursday he returned to full practice, signalling that he may very well be ready to participate on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings.
Haloti Ngata, who missed the Week 6 matchup against the Chicago Bears, was also back in full practice on Thursday, as was Jason Jones and Tahir Whitehead. All were limited in Wednesday practice. Brandon Pettigrew remains out from practice with multiple injuries, as is the case with cornerback Josh Wilson, who sustained a concussion against the Bears.
Safety James Ihedigbo was back at practice as well after missing Wednesday's practice. Joique Bell, who has been seeking to return from an ankle strain, was limited on Thursday. The full injury report follows.
