Adrian Peterson downgraded to questionable vs. Lions

An illness may force the Vikings running back to miss Sunday's game against the Lions.

Saturday, the Minnesota Vikings announced Adrian Peterson is questionable to play in Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions.

For an offense that revolves around their running game, this would come as a huge loss to the Vikings. Peterson has 432 of the team's 630 rushing yards this season and had 134 rushing yards in his Week 2 game against the Lions.

Inactives will be announced around 11:30 a.m. ET on Sunday.
