Lions notes: Ebron on Levy: 'He was everywhere"

Today's Lions notes looks at Eric Ebron's high, profanity-laden praise of DeAndre Levy.

Andrew Weber-USA TODAY Sports

  • When asked how the Lions looked differently with DeAndre Levy on the practice field, Eric Ebron had an epic quote (warning: profanity):
  • If you're still steaming about the Matthew Stafford fumble call, the NFL released a video explaining the call. The explanation starts at the 10:20 mark.
  • Stephen Tulloch was named a candidate for the NFLPA Byron "Whizzer" White Award. The award is given to an NFL player that best serves his team, community and country.
  • Get ready, Zach Zenner fans:
  • Joe Lombardi met with the press for the first time since the play-tipping allegations on Friday. He said the Lions self-scout to make sure they aren't showing any tendencies. When asked about offensive signs getting stolen, Lombardi stated, "Everyone's signals sometimes get stolen."
  • Speaking of Lombardi, he and Matt Shepherd broke down film of the Seattle defense to prepare for Monday night's matchup.
