Lions injury report: Gabe Wright misses a second day of practice

The Lions listed as hurt seem to be getting healthier, but DT Wright is out for a second day.

The Lions are starting to show signs of health as nearly everyone listed on the injury report has moved up a step. Calvin Johnson, missing Wednesday practice, was participating in limited drills on Thursday. Likewise, many of those limited were back at full practice. The only two Lions out on Thursday was Jason Jones (continuing time off) and defensive tackle Gabe Wright, who remains out with an ankle injury.

Of interest this week is Nevin Lawson's return to limited practice following a concussion suffered Sunday against the Green Bay Packers. Lawson was out on Wednesday practice following concussion protocol and now returns in limited capacity on Thursday training.

It remains to be seen how far along Calvin Johnson is in improving from his ankle injury. He was back to practice Thursday, but his particular wounds have been lingering for weeks. The full injury report follows.
