Now that the Detroit Lions have themselves a winning streak, they are finally starting to crawl out of the bottom five in weekly power rankings. Only CBS Sports has the Lions as a bottom-five team right now, as other rankings have them as high as 23rd in the league. Here's how experts place the Lions after 11 weeks.
This week, the Lions will have one of their most evenly matched games of the season. The Philadelphia Eagles (4-6) have been very inconsistent this year, and as a result, their rankings are kind of all over the place. The Eagles rank 26th (SB Nation), 24th (NFL.com), 25th (ESPN), 23rd (CBS Sports), 26th (FOX Sports) and 21st (Yahoo! Sports). In three of the seven power rankings listed above, the Lions are listed higher than the Eagles, meaning there's some reason to think the Lions have a good chance to stretch their winning streak to three games and hand the Eagles their third straight loss.
