The downside to the Detroit Lions' three-game winning streak is their draft pick stock is plummeting. Just last week, the Lions were slotted to pick fifth overall, but considering the logjam of teams with a 4-7 record, the Lions' most recent win over the Eagles shot them down to 12th this week. Here is a look at the top 12 teams:
1. Tennessee Titans: 2-9 (.514 SOS)
2. Cleveland Browns: 2-8 (.511 strength of schedule)
3. Baltimore Ravens: 3-7 (.500 SOS)
4. Dallas Cowboys: 3-8 (.523 SOS)
5. San Diego Chargers: 3-8 (.529 SOS)
6. San Francisco 49ers: 3-8 (.534 SOS)
7. Miami Dolphins: 4-7 (.474 SOS)
8. Jacksonville Jaguars: 4-7 (.486 SOS)
9. Philadelphia Eagles: 4-7 (.511 SOS)
10. St. Louis Rams: 4-7 (.517 SOS)
11. New Orleans Saints: 4-7 (.523 SOS)
12. Detroit Lions: 4-7 (.528 SOS)
Of all six 4-7 teams, the Lions have had the hardest schedule to date. If the Ravens win their game on Monday Night Football, that will add another team to the 4-7 list. This means that there can be a lot of movement in the final five weeks of the season, and the Lions could jump in and out of the top 10 several times before the 2015 season ends.
