Lions injury report: Ankle injuries plague six players

The place that hurts the most.

The Lions practiced on Sunday in preparation for a second consecutive football game on Thursday; this time against the Green Bay Packers. However, the first injury report did not come out until after Monday's practice, where we first got a look-see at what horrible nasties are plaguing the Honolulu Blue this week. Ankle injuries make up over half the injuries listed this week, forcing Lance Moore to miss all of practice and limiting four others, including Calvin Johnson.

In addition to Moore and Johnson, Glover Quin, Caraun Reid and Travis Swanson were also limited Monday. In the case of Megatron, his injury has been plaguing him for weeks, but he has yet to miss any time on game day. The only other Lions' player to miss practice Monday was Matt Prater, who seems to have come down with an illness of some kind. Larry Warford suffered a concussion on Thursday and seems to have passed protocol to the point where he is available for full practice. The full injury report follows.
