Based on last season's records, the Detroit Lions have the NFL's 15th-toughest schedule in 2015. At this time a year ago, the Lions had the 16th-toughest schedule on paper for 2014, but they ended up with one of the easiest schedules in the league once the games were actually played. In other words, a lot can change from season to season.
According to Pro Football Focus, the Lions led the league in missed tackles on special teams in 2014.
It looks like Darius Slay will have to find a new person to mentor him this offseason.
