  • Seattle Seahawks safety Kam Chancellor recently had some high praise for Glover Quin.

  • New England Patriots wide receiver Brandon LaFell had some high praise of his own for Darius Slay. In fact, LaFell called Slay "one of the best DBs" that he faced all season, according to MLive.

  • This is good news for the Detroit Lions considering their top need is defensive tackle:

  • New Era Scouting put together an extremely interesting piece on how the Lions' new scheme in 2014 contributed to the offensive line's struggles, which in turn contributed to Matthew Stafford's struggles.

  • SB Nation's latest 2015 NFL mock draft once again has the Lions taking Washington cornerback Marcus Peters. That's not really noteworthy or anything, but this mock is worth checking out simply for the fact that it projects the Philadelphia Eagles to trade all the way up from the 20th spot in the first round to the second overall pick in order to select Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota. A trade like that would certainly shake things up in this year's draft.

  • Former Lions wide receiver Kevin Ogletree has re-signed with the New York Giants.

  • The Jacksonville Jaguars' proposed new practice facility looks amazing.
