Lions players, others react to Haloti Ngata trade

The Detroit Lions kicked off free agency by trading for Haloti Ngata. Let's take a look at how various people reacted to this news.

Right as NFL free agency was about to begin on Tuesday, Twitter went wild. First, the New Orleans Saints traded Jimmy Graham to the Seattle Seahawks. Later, reports surfaced about the Philadelphia Eagles and St. Louis Rams swapping Nick Foles and Sam Bradford. And in between, the Detroit Lions traded for Haloti Ngata from the Baltimore Ravens.

Needless to say, it's been a crazy couple of hours, especially for the Lions. Here's a look at some of the different reactions to their trade for Ngata:

"I'm excited to have him really. We got ourselves a really good player. You've got a proven player in this league. I am familiar with him. I had an opportunity to work with him for three years in Baltimore. We have ourselves a heck of a guy and person."
