It appears that Nick Fairley may not be the only Detroit Lions free agent to join the St. Louis Rams this year. Fairley signed with the Rams after visiting the team last week, and now offensive lineman Garrett Reynolds is taking a visit of his own to St. Louis.

Reynolds joined the Lions last summer to serve as extra interior depth on the offensive line, but he didn't make the 53-man roster going into the regular season. He wasn't a free agent for long, however, as Reynolds was re-signed a week into the season to start at right tackle. The Lions originally brought him in to primarily play offensive guard, but injuries to LaAdrian Waddle and Corey Hilliard forced him into action at tackle, and Reynolds ended up making four starts over the course of the season.
Reynolds struggled quite a bit at tackle, but that was likely because he had to play out of position. He was much better at guard, and the Lions could use a veteran like him given their lack of interior depth right now. However, it doesn't appear that the Lions have expressed any interest in re-signing Reynolds, and it looks like he may join Fairley in St. Louis instead.
