- The MMQB's Robert Klemko ranked 32 coaches based on how likely it is that they will be an NFL head coach in the future. The rankings were "based on the testimony of 24 sources," and Detroit Lions defensive coordinator Teryl Austin came in third on the list. Current Lions offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi came in at No. 16, former Lions offensive coordinator Scott Linehan was just three spots behind at No. 19 and former Lions head coach Jim Schwartz placed 20th in the rankings.
