LB Kevin Snyder (Rutgers) - Undrafted free agent
Fullback Michael Burton isn't the only former Rutgers player who joined the Detroit Lions this offseason. After drafting Burton in the fifth round, the Lions went on to sign former Rutgers linebacker Kevin Snyder as an undrafted free agent.

What the experts are saying
His overall grade ranked 140th out of 148 off-ball linebackers, particularly struggling against the run.
Outlook for 2015
The Lions are pretty deep at linebacker, so it's tough to envision a scenario where Snyder actually makes the team. However, if he shows enough promise on special teams -- as a coverage specialist and perhaps as a potential option at long snapper -- he could certainly stick around as a member of the practice squad.
