Lions at Redskins preseason: Game time, TV schedule, online streaming and more

The Detroit Lions do battle with the Washington Redskins on Thursday night. Here's a guide to the game.

Brad Mills-USA TODAY Sports

To say the start of the preseason was a success for the Detroit Lions would probably be an understatement. Most importantly, no notable players suffered any serious injuries last week against the New York Jets, and the Lions cruised to a comfortable 23-3 win. It was a nice sight to see Matthew Stafford lead the offense down the field with ease, and it was good to see the defense make life miserable for Ryan Fitzpatrick, Bryce Petty and the rest of the New York offense. This week, the Lions will look to continue this trend of preseason dominance when they head on the road to face the Washington Redskins.

Here's a look at the details for Thursday's game between the Lions and Redskins:

Game time: 7:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, Aug. 20, 2015
