The Detroit Lions have made their fourth cut of the day. This time, it's safety Brian Suite according to Josh Katzenstein.
Suite was never really considered a threat to squeeze his way into the Lions' final roster. Signed as an undrafted free agent back in May, Suite did not get much playing time in the preseason (preseason finale excluded) and was long-considered just a camp body. Today, that was made official.
The Lions are now down to 71 players. 18 more cuts to go.
