Ezekiel Ansah made his mark on the football field in 2015 by finishing third in the league in sacks. It's 2016 and while there is no football to be had for the Detroit Lions defensive end, Ansah is still making his presence felt. Ansah and a group of other Lions players helped donate 94,000 bottles of clean water to the city of Flint, who is reeling from an awful contaminated water crisis.

The group of Lions players include Haloti Ngata, Darryl Tapp, Jason Jones, Gabe Wright and Caraun Reid. The group of defensive lineman also got a treat of their own courtesy of Ansah:

Ansah has a unique empathy toward the citizens of Flint, having been born in Ghana and knowing the struggle in dealing with dirty water.
Ziggy is no stranger to charitable acts. In the past he has helped a distraught homeless individual, worked with local Lions youth camps, and even provided some of his personal money to help a special education class make it to a Detroit Tigers game.
If you are interested in helping the members of Flint, there are several ways you can help. You can donate to the United Way Flint Water Fund, the Flint Child Health & Development Fund or you can volunteer to personally help the citizens of Flint on the ground.
