Super Bowl 50 is set. The Denver Broncos will face off against the Carolina Panthers on Feb. 7 for the chance to be world champions.
The Broncos (14-4) defense carried the team throughout the postseason, holding both the Patriots and the Steelers to under 20 points. Peyton Manning hasn't been stellar, but he'll get his shot at his second Super Bowl title of his career. Manning is currently 1-2 in Super Bowl games.
The Panthers (17-1) have been dominant all year. Cam Newton will undoubtedly earn the MVP award for his efforts and the Panthers defense has been just as impressive. Carolina flew through the playoffs, putting to waste the Seahawks and Cardinals with just a half's worth of effort needed in each game. Their Super Bowl appearance will be just the second in team history, having lost to the New England Patriots in Super Bowl 38.
