Which player do you see having a huge game on Sunday?

It’s game day! In just a few hours the Detroit Lions and Los Angeles Rams will kick off in an important NFC battle for both teams.

Both teams are somewhat beat up. The Lions will be shorthanded on offense, missing their second and third leading receivers in Eric Ebron and Theo Riddick. While the Rams will be without their top cornerback and up to three of their starting defensive linemen.

With the injuries piled up, both teams will be looking for someone to step up and make big plays for them on Sunday. So today’s Question of the Day is:

Which player do you think is due for a big game on Sunday?

My answer: Anquan Boldin. Boldin matched his best statistical game with the Lions last week without Ebron in the game, and now that the Lions are down another big receiving option, I think Boldin could see an abnormally high amount of targets against a shorthanded Rams defense. Boldin has been especially good on third down, and without a prime tight end option or a receiving threat coming out of the backfield, Boldin could be money this week.

Your turn.
