“Monday Night Football” is here and tonight we’ve again got a bad matchup on paper. Though the Arizona Cardinals (2-3) have been a pretty big disappointment so far, they’ll get their starting quarterback this week and could rebound very quickly. The New York Jets, on the other hand, are just 1-4 and have looked pretty bad overall.
Of course, Detroit Lions fans should be pulling for the Jets, no matter how hard that may be. The Cardinals are in the NFC, and if they win on Monday night, they’ll join the Lions, Rams and Giants at 3-3, just a half game behind the Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles for the second wild card spot. Sure, it’s insanely early to be talking about playoffs, but these games matter just as much as the ones in December. Every bit counts.
Here’s the info you need for tonight’s game.
