Our Week 7 picks for the Detroit Lions are in, and once again, our staff is leaning heavily in Detroit’s favor. Of our 11 staffers, only two are picking Washington to pull off the minor upset over the Lions this week. Interestingly enough, however, of the 10 score predictions, nine of them have the Lions scoring at least 24 points against a somewhat impressive Washington defense. Of course, only one score prediction has Washington scoring fewer than 21 points themselves. In other words, just about every one of us is predicting a shootout come Sunday.

Here’s a look at the specific score predictions:

Joseph Buszek (4-2): 30-24 Lions
Brian Packey (4-2): 34-17 Lions
Alex Reno (3-3): 28-23 Lions
Justin Simon (3-3): 28-27 Lions
Kyle Yost (3-3): 27-24 Lions
Ryan Mathews (3-3): 24-21 Lions
Andrew Kato (3-3): 38-31 Lions
Chris Lemieux (3-3): 22.5-11 Washington
Mike Payton (3-3): Lions win
Jeremy Reisman (3-3): 34-27 Washington
Kent Lee Platte (1-4): 48-40 Lions

Now it’s your turn to add your guess. Below is our weekly prediction widget where you can add your score to represent the Pride Of Detroit community. Be sure to add your score to the comment section, as well. The closest prediction in the comments will get recognition in our weekly On Paper column.
