Saturday open thread: What college games are you watching today?

Are Saturdays part of your football watching tradition, too?

Michigan v Illinois

We all love the Detroit Lions, but on a slow Saturday afternoon, waiting for Sunday just doesn’t cut it. As the weather turns more and more unkind to outdoor activities, Saturday suddenly become just as important to the football tradition as Sundays. And although not every local Michigan team has proven themselves worthy of our attention, there is always a full slate of other options to feed that football addiction 24 hours before the real game kicks off.

So today’s Question of the Day is:

Which, if any, college game will you be watching today?

My answer: I’m lucky enough to be a fan of an exciting team this year, with the Michigan Wolverines sitting pretty at 6-0. So I will be watching the (hopefully) slaughter of Illinois in the second set of games. However, once that game is out of hand, I will be keeping a keen eye on Alabama-Texas A&M, and I may take a peek at those 7-0 Western Michigan Broncos.

Your turn.
