Lions players react to thrilling victory over Washington

A lot of Lions players gave Matthew Stafford some well-deserved praise.

The Detroit Lions are 4-3 and both fans and players are starting to really believe in this team. There are a lot of reasons why they should be excited. At 4-3, the Lions are just a half game behind both wild card spots, currently held by the 4-2 Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles. Matthew Stafford has proven that no lead is safe, no matter how late in the game. Detroit is on a three-game winning streak and turning heads all around the league.
