Ask POD: Spooky mailbag

It’s Halloween and we’re podcasting because we’re always wearing our costumes. Send us your questions.

The Lions lost and now the dreaded eve of Halloween is upon us. There’s absolutely no coincidence here, everything is haunted, the clowns are going to kill you and everything is cursed (except for dolls. Chucky was stupid. I could kick Chucky’s arse. Don’t try me Chucky).

We’re also running the Pride Of Detroit PODcast out here on this night to battle goblins and demons and Lions losses, because that’s what we do. But we could use your help fighting the forces of darkness.

But before we get to your questions, it’s also important to point out a couple of things. First, we’ve been receiving your reviews on iTunes and we thank y’all for them. If you haven’t, head on over and give us a rating and review. We’re going to read all the new ones on the podcast.

Second, if you haven’t listened to last week’s episode you may be unaware that we went in hard on Jim Caldwell for wearing two watches during our Rage Corner segment, and in the process we may have asked that people NOT send us images of Jim Caldwell as Wonder Woman with his watches in place of her deflecting wristbands. In spite of this warning, we received some very loyal listener mail that included such horrifying images.

First, from reader Carter:

Wonder Caldwell

Next, from a couple of our friends on Twitter:

Needless to say, these people are awesome and we appreciate their work to the PODcast cause.

Now it’s your turn. Drop off your questions below in the comments or send us a tweet to @PrideOfDetroit, preferably when we make our call for questions there. Ask us about the Lions, or just about anything else, and we’ll be sure to answer whatever we can that doesn’t get covered somewhere else during the course of our PODcast.

Thanks again, y’all rule. Download and subscribe to the PODcast on iTunes, or find us on Stitcher.
