“Sunday Night Football” is here and we’re all not in a horrible mood because the Detroit Lions won today (and the Chicago Bears lost). The afterglow following the Lions’ win nicely spills over to the nightly game, as Detroit has an opportunity to gain a little more ground in the NFC North standings.
The Green Bay Packers will host the New York Giants Sunday night, as both teams try to get their third win of the season. The Packers are coming fresh off a bye after taking down the Lions on their home field, while the Giants are trying to rebound after two consecutive losses.
With a Packers loss, the Lions would move within a half game of second place in the North, but still be three games behind the undefeated Minnesota Vikings.
Chat during the game below, as we all try to avoid the disaster that will be the presidential debate. Or if you’d rather, talk about how awesome Darius Slay is.
