The Detroit Lions and New York Giants kick off on Sunday in what is being hailed as the biggest game of Week 15. Playoff implications are a slathered all over this game. Both the Giants and the Lions could land anywhere between the one-seed or completely fall out of the playoffs despite both currently sitting pretty in a cozy playoff spot.

A win from the Lions would push them back into the two-seed, since the Seahawks pulled back ahead with their win on Thursday night over the Rams. It would also get them within a single game of clinching the NFC North.

For the Giants, a win means staying ahead of the pack in the Wild Card race and also potentially making up another game on the Cowboys, depending on what happens with their game against the Buccaneers. Considering the Giants hold the tiebreaker over the Cowboys, a win combined with a Cowboys loss gives them a real shot at the East.
