Darius Slay, Theo Riddick doubtful vs. Cowboys; Travis Swanson out

It’s not looking good for three Lions starters vs. Cowboys

NFL: Jacksonville Jaguars at Detroit Lions Tim Fuller-USA TODAY Sports

The Detroit Lions finished their final practice of the week on Saturday and not much changed throughout the week. Darius Slay, Theo Riddick and Travis Swanson all sat out practice. All three players failed to practice once this week. Swanson has already been declared out by the Lions, while Slay and Riddick are doubtful for Monday’s game.

The only other injury declaration for the Lions is DeAndre Levy, who is listed as questionable, but he is expected to play. He was limited in practice all week, but this follows the same protocol Levy has had for the past two weeks. Levy has been limited, been declared questionable, then played. He is expected to do the same this week.

In promising injury news, Ezekiel Ansah practiced in full on Friday and is not even considered questionable. That’s great news for Ansah, who has been hobbled with an ankle injury and limited with a shoulder injury for the past few weeks.

We will update this post with Dallas Cowboys injury report when they announced it. For now, here’s the injury report:
