Lions injury report: Theo Riddick out, Swanson doubtful vs. Packers

Three other Lions questionable to play in season finale.

NFL: Philadelphia Eagles at Detroit Lions Raj Mehta-USA TODAY Sports

Detroit Lions starting center Travis Swanson is doubtful for the season finale at Ford Field against the Green Bay Packers, still attempting to overcome the concussion he suffered several games ago. Although he returned to practice on the shortened week, it has not been enough to see his outlook appearing that great. Running back Theo Riddick, who did not practice at all this week, is officially out.

In more positive news, three Lions are questionable for Sunday, but two of those are pleasant surprises. Darius Slay, who returned to practice this week, has been marked questionable and should be expected to play on Sunday. Return man Andre Roberts, who missed most of practice this week with a shoulder injury, is also questionable.

Travis Swanson’s potential absence would move Graham Glasgow over to center yet again, and it was observed during practice that Glasgow was taking some snaps at center in preparation for such an event.

For the Packers, they will be without running back James Stark, who remains in concussion protocol. Randall Cobb, who did not practice on Friday or all week, has been marked questionable, but it can be assumed it might be on the lower end of the expanded “questionable” designation. The full reports follow below.
