Final 2016 NFL Draft order: Highlight the Lions' first three picks

Now that the 2015 season is officially over, let's take a look ahead to the draft.

Now that the Super Bowl is over and the 2015 season is officially gone forever, the 2016 offseason is upon us. That's right, draft season is almost here. With a new champion now crowned, the 2015 standings are finalized, meaning the NFL Draft order is set. Because compensatory picks have not been announced yet, only the first three rounds of the draft are determined. Here's a look at the order (via SB Nation):

The Lions currently hold picks 16 and 46. Detroit traded away their 2016 third-round pick during the 2015 NFL draft to move up into the fourth round and select Gabe Wright. However, the Lions are currently projected to pick up both a third-round and a fifth-round compensatory pick for losing Ndamukong Suh and Nick Fairley to free agency last year.
