Lions notes: Sam Martin ranked as second-best punter in NFL

The Detroit Lions punter got some well-deserved love from a notable NFL expert.

Matt Miller, Bleacher Report's NFL draft lead writer, ranked all 32 punters in the league. Miller believes Detroit Lions punter Sam Martin is the second best punter in the league.
