Tuesday in Detroit was dominated by Calvin Johnson news, eulogies, highlights and overall sadness. But across the NFL other things were happening. Tuesday was the second day in the NFL's free agency tampering period and we saw a lot of movement throughout the league. Here's a quick recap:
- Jason Pierre-Paul re-signed with the New York Giants.
- Jaguars agreed to a six-year deal with DE Malik Jackson.
- Mario Williams has agreed to a two-year deal with the Dolphins.
- Tamba Hali will return to the Chiefs on a three-year deal.
- OG Kelechi Osemele is getting a massive five-year contract with the Raiders.
- The Packers are showing interest in Matt Forte.
- OG Richie Incognito will remain with the Bills.
- CB Leodis McKelvin, released by the Bills recently, signed with the Philadelphia Eagles.
- K Adam Vinatieri signed an extension with the Colts.
- OT Donald Stephenson will be signing with the Broncos.
- TE Ben Watson has agreed in principle to join the Baltimore Ravens.
- The Raiders will shockingly sign LB Bruce Irvin.
