The Cincinnati Bengals select Will Fuller with the 24th pick in the POD Community Mock Draft.

Derik Hamilton-USA TODAY Sports

With the 24th pick in the Pride Of Detroit Community Mock Draft, the Cincinnati Bengals select wide receiver Will Fuller. Ballinhard04 is the acting general manager for the Bengals. Below is the rationale for the pick:

With the Bengals I can go different ways with the 24th pick. There are multiple holes to this 12-4 team. Missing out on three of my picks (Laquon Treadwell, Darron Lee and Jarran Reed) made the pick easier. I'm ecstatic that I get to get my favorite prospect Notre Dame WR Will Fuller.  He had one of the top 40s with a 4.3 and did the drills with ease. Losing Marvin Jones and Mohamed Sanu was heartbreaking for the organization. Going into free agency and getting the likes of Brandon Lafell as a No. 2 option is not a good start. He had his worst season ever with the Patriots and had the sixth-most drops of the season with the best quarterback and deflator Tom Brady. People may feel Fuller's small hands will be an issue, but he still managed to catch over 130 passes, 29 TDs with 1000 yards in each season as a full-time starter. With his 4.3 speed, CBs will fear him like in college, and I'm sure that won't change in the pros. Safety will be an upcoming need with Reggie Nelson Joining the Raiders.

Other thoughts were CB William Jackson III, WR Josh Doctson and DT Chris Jones.
