Lions notes: Training camp begins July 28

Rod Wood announced the start date of Detroit Lions training camp 2016.

  • Detroit Lions president Rod Wood joined WJR radio and released the much anticipated date for the team's 2016 training camp: A full schedule of practice dates and times has yet to be released.
