PODcast #37: Hey, let's talk about wide receivers again

Also, questioning what will happen with Reiff and Decker at tackle.

Raj Mehta-USA TODAY Sports

PODcast is back, if a little late in getting out this week due to various circumstances. For instance, we open up with Game 7 of Oklahoma City/Golden State banter, yet today we're already living in the post-game shadow of Game 1 of the NBA Finals. But rest assured, Lions season is a long ways away and the content is still golden there. Al Golden, you could say. No no, that's a bad joke. Forget it.

Anyway, you know the deal now. Download and subscribe to the PODcast on iTunes, or alternatively find us now on Stitcher.

This week on the PODcast:

  • Reporting on OTAs. With the one open practice to the media seeing Taylor Decker at left tackle and Riley Reiff at right, questions are now abounding as to what it all means, if anything. We discuss, because that's what you're supposed to do on a podcast.

  • Remember that poll where we were discussing whether or not the Lions wide receiver corp improved from 2015? That got some extra play last week on Twitter from some media people, and we go in to try to sort things out.

  • Mailbag! What's wrong with Belichick coaches? What about soccer? Also some Lions positional questions!
