Players around the NFL congratulate Darius Slay on contract extension

When a fellow star gets paid, the entire NFL takes notice.

When a great player like Darius Slay gets paid the money he’s due, it not only draws the attention of fans and players from his team, but players from around the league begin to take notice as well. That’s why when the Detroit Lions inked the shutdown cornerback for a four-year extension worth $50.2 million overall, Slay was showered with congratulations from all over the league.
