‘Thursday Night Football’ open thread: Texans at Patriots

Come join us for the Thursday night matchup between the Patriots and Texans.

Week 3 is officially upon us and with it brings an interesting “Thursday Night Football” matchup. The 2-0 Houston Texans head to Foxborough to face the 2-0 New England Patriots.

The Texans defense has carried the team through two weeks while Brock Osweiler gets used to wearing the color red. This week, they’ll face a unique challenge in a Patriots offense on its third-string quarterback, Jacoby Brissett. Brissett was a third-round selection in this year’s draft, and after Tom Brady’s suspension and Jimmy Garoppolo’s injury, he has been thrust into the starting position in Week 3.

On the plus side for New England, Rob Gronkowski is active for the first time this year. Here’s all of the other info you’ll need for the game tonight:
