Sunday Night Football open thread: Bears at Cowboys

Let’s at least end this day with a Bears’ loss.

It was a frustrating afternoon watch the Detroit Lions drop their second straight game. But the season is long and there’s a lot of football to be played.

In fact, there’s one more game to be played this Sunday. The Chicago Bears are in Dallas to face the Cowboys for “Sunday Night Football.” The Bears are still searching for their first win of the season, while the Cowboys are looking to build upon their Week 2 win over Washington.

A Bears win would push them even with the Lions in record, just before the two teams meet in Week 4. A loss would have the Lions coming into town to face a Bears team sitting at 0-3 for the first time since... well, last year.
