After the Detroit Lions lost their season finale to the Green Bay Packers and the NFC North slipped away from them yet again, fans of the team have been noticeably unenthusiastic this week. The Lions may be in the playoffs for just the third time in 17 years, but the fanbase has lost most of its hope in the 2016 version of the team.

But that’s not what we’re about here at Pride Of Detroit. The Lions face one of the weakest teams in the NFC playoffs on Saturday night, and we get the pleasure of having postseason football in our lives. There are 20 other fanbases out there that have to sit and watch tonight, hoping their team gets the same opportunity next year. We don’t have to wait. That opportunity comes tonight.

The Lions may be eight point underdogs. The Seahawks may have won nine straight home playoff games. But Detroit should have won at CenturyLink Field last year, and they can do it again. They’ve turned it around from 1-3 earlier in the season. Hell, they almost made the playoffs after a 1-7 start last year. This team may have lost its last three games, but they have proven they can right the ship in a hurry. They can win.

But I don’t want to just tell you. I want to show you. It’s hype video time. Here are the best videos around the web to get you hyped for Saturday night.

Official team hype videos

The Lions and Seahawks both put together short videos to build excitement for the game. Here’s the Seahawks version:

Lions. Seahawks. Tonight. Experts be damned. Let’s go, Lions!
