Week 8 is coming mercifully to close on Monday night, turning the page on another disapponting week for the Detroit Lions.
But let’s not think about that.
ESPN will be treating us to a pretty exciting “Monday Night Football” matchup. The 5-2 Kansas City Chiefs will host the 3-3 Denver Broncos. While the Chiefs are currently on a two-game slide, they are widely considered one of the best teams in the AFC.
The Broncos, on the other hand, have lost two straight themselves, but have struggled to stay .500. Trevor Siemian has not looked like the starting quarterback the Broncos wanted, but Denver has shown no signs of swapping back over to Brock Osweiler.
If the Broncos want to turn this season around, a big road division win against their rival is a good place to start.
Come watch the Week 8 finale with us.
