- Detroit Lions safety Miles Killebrew was personally affected by the mass shooting in Las Vegas last week. Several of his friends were injured in the tragedy. Now, he’s doing his part to help. Per this story from ESPN, Killebrew has donated an undisclosed amount to a local church, which is offering aid to those affected.
