Call it a trap game. Call it a “Same Old Lions” kind of game. The Pride of Detroit staff isn’t buying it. The Detroit Lions face off against the winless Cleveland Browns on Sunday and the staff here all expects Detroit to care care of business and win.
As I mentioned on Friday, this isn’t the kind of game that head coach Jim Caldwell typically loses, as many seem to claim. Detroit is 20-4 against teams that finish with a losing record, and I think it’s fair to say that the Browns are probably going to finish with a losing record in 2017.
Anyways, here’s a look at our predictions for Week 10:
Alex Reno (6-2): 37-16 Lions
Chris Perfett (5-3): 47-29 Lions
Mike Payton (5-3): 28-17 Lions
Justin Simon (5-3): 31-10 Lions
Ryan Mathews (5-3): 13-3 Lions
Kent Lee Platte (4-4): 27-10 Lions
Jeremy Reisman (4-4): 30-13 Lions
Kyle Yost (3-5): 21-12 Lions
Andrew Kato (3-4): No pick
Jerry Mallory (3-4): 24-16 Lions
What’s interesting to see here is that scores are all over the place. Some, like Ryan Mathews and Kyle Yost, are expecting another defensive battle akin to the game against the Steelers. While Alex Reno and Chris Perfett are expecting to see some points put on the board.
Now it’s your turn to make your pick. Vote in the poll below and give us your score predictions in the comment section below.
