Week 15 NFL picks: Staff predictions for Lions-Bears

Only one jerk is picking the Bears this week.

We have a new leader in the Pride of Detroit weekly staff picks. Alex Reno has gone an impressive 10-3 this year in his Detroit Lions picks. Myself, Chris Perfett and Ryan Mathews are nipping at his heels at 9-4, but only one of us has a chance of catching Alex this week.

Because every single staffer here at Pride of Detroit is picking the Detroit Lions to defeat the Chicago Bears on Saturday... except for myself. Check it out.

Alex Reno (10-3): 17-14 Lions
Chris Perfett (9-4): 33-4 Lions
Ryan Mathews (9-4): 24-14 Lions
Jeremy Reisman (9-4): 31-27 Bears
Kyle Yost (8-5): 27-21 Lions
Jerry Mallory (7-5): 30-13 Lions
Mike Payton (7-6): 24-20 Lions
Justin Simon (7-6): 27-24 Lions
Kent Lee Platte (7-6): 33-30 Lions
Andrew Kato (6-5): 34-17 Lions

While I may be the only one to pick the Bears, it’s pretty clear much our staff isn’t too confident in the Lions either. Of the nine staffers that picked Detroit, five of them have Week 15’s game ending in a one-score game.

Now it’s time for you to give your opinion. Do you think this is the week the Lions’ playoff chances are finally given their deathblow? Or will the Lions continue to own the Bears and keep their postseason hopes alive?

Vote in the poll below and be sure to give us your score predictions in the comment section for a chance to be honored in our weekly On Paper article.
