T.J. Lang deciding between Lions, Packers, Seahawks; Wants to make decision by Monday

It sounds like we’ll hear T.J. Lang’s decision soon.

T.J. Lang joined local Detroit TV show “7 Sports Cave” on Sunday morning to talk about his journey in free agency. When we last checked in with Lang, he had just traveled cross country to meet with the Seahawks after talking with the Detroit Lions earlier in the week. Reports out of Seattle say the meeting went very well and it even resulted in Lang following the Seahawks on Twitter, if that means anything.

Lang is back from his trip to Seattle and provided an update to his status on Sunday morning:

Lang confirmed that he has limited his options to the Lions, Seahawks and returning to the Packers. Here’s what he had to say about his visit with the Lions.

“Took a visit to Detroit. Had a great visit out there with all the coaches and everybody. Just love the attitude around the facility.”

But Lang didn’t really provide an insight as to where he’s leaning, instead sharing just how difficult a decision this has been. “I didn’t want to make any rash decisions. It’s been about four days since I’ve gotten a good night’s sleep.”

Wherever Lang decides to go, it sounds like we’ll know very soon. “I’m ready to get it done with,” Lang said. “I wanted to get something done by this weekend, if not tomorrow.”

Stay tuned, because it sounds like Lang is just about ready to make a decision.
