If you remember last year, then you’ll remember this was our jankiest LISTCAST, which means this should be our best. I hope we deliver.

• Zach Orr is talking about returning and he’s met with the Detroit Lions. We break down the rumors, talk about the risks in his return, and whether or not he’d be someone the Lions would want to tap.
• LISTCAST runs the dang ball. Running backs are the course today. We rank the top ten in the NFL, and as this is the RB edition it means I’m going to be extremely adequate. Disagreements abound and there’s a lot of problems with my list.
• With only a handful of games to watch, we try to figure out how Ameer Abdullah could fit onto this list by this time next season.
• Mailbag tackles tailgating essentials, “Game of Thrones” and negativity surrounding the Lions roster and the question of tanking.
