On Wednesday, Detroit Lions single-game tickets for their home 2017 schedule went on sale. The rollout was a little bumpy, as many fans complained about the price increase and the excessive ticket fees levied by the Lions’ official site.
Still, the excitement was palpable on Wednesday. There are a few very exciting games on the home schedule this year, including a Sunday night game against the Steelers, a Thanksgiving Day rematch against the Vikings and another regular season finale versus the Packers. So today’s Question of the Day is:
Have you purchased any Lions tickets for the 2017 season?
My answer: While I did not participate in the exciting ticket release on Wednesday, I will be attending a Lions game this year. Earlier in the week, I purchased a handful of tickets for the Lions’ Week 4 matchup against the Vikings in Minnesota. Last year, my friends and I dragged our feet and failed to book our tickets to Minnesota. As a result, we missed one of the most exciting games of the season. We weren’t going to let that happen.
So if you’re also going to the Lions-Vikings games in Minnesota, let me know. Maybe we can grab a drink sometime that weekend.
Your turn.
