The Detroit Lions will kick off their first padded practice of the year on Tuesday. There will be collisions, there will be real battles between the offensive and defensive lines and there will be some real tackling going on.
Once again, the practice is open to the public for free and without a ticket. For more information on how to attend Lions training camp and the schedule for the remaining open practices, check out the Lions official website here.
Pride of Detroit will be well represented at Tuesday’s practice. We will be in the media room again, this time with Ryan Mathews (@Ryan_POD) rubbing shoulder with the Lions beat. In addition to Ryan, Alex Reno (@alex_reno) and Kent Lee Platte (@mathbomb) will be amongst the fans in the bleachers. Be sure you’re following them all on Twitter for live updates.
Practice kicks off at 3:30 p.m. ET. Let’s see what this Lions team looks like in pads.
Live updates will be added automatically to the Twitter feed below.
